… deserves a really good bulaidh bós [applause].
Here’s Why – I rang at 6.09am – the call centre said someone would be with me within the hour and call first.
15 minutes later a phone call…. The really good chap made it here at 7.11am… two minutes late BUT that including having to do a mile of a uturn because of my directions. Finished in 3 minutes and a thank you! Simple.
Again, if only I was getting paid for product placement.. But, good service deserves applause and the AA not for the first time have looked after me. Usually it’s a tire on a site or in the middle of a field. Once again today it was simply good service and a smile. Well done lads – appreciated.

Nice one. I’ve had nothing but the best service from AA every time. And with my old car, that was very often, until it literally blew a (the head) gasket. They never made me feel stupid, even when I was just, um, being stupid. Go, AA!

in my case [this time] it seems someone decided to lock the doors of the car – wih the keys in it… ? Why would anyone want to do that?!!
although I er.. I’m sure someone would feel stupid for doing that…
